Dairy Cow Isopods, or Porcellio Laevis, are excellent for bioactive set-ups. They are a large and prolific species and are perfect for soil enrichment. They are a perfect beginner species. This species enjoys extra protein in their diet and would appreciate this in the form of fish flakes or dead feeder insects. They will cannibalize if their protein needs are not met. They are best kept in temperatures between 70 and 85 degrees fahrenheit and about 80% humidity.
